Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions:

The Administrator

The Administrator of the affiliate program is Conti sp. z o.o. (NIP (VAT-ID): 9223061598, REGON: 383022826) located in: Łapiguz 10, 22-400 Zamość, Poland.

Commission model

✅ 30% of any payment processed since the first successful payment by the referred customer.
✅ 60 days cookie duration.
✅ “Last click” attribution basis (but once the first payment is completed, the affiliate stays attached to the customer).
✅ If taxes apply, the amount before taxes is used for commission calculation.
✅ Statistics are available in your affiliate panel.

Payouts

Commission for an order becomes eligible for withdrawal once the following criteria are met:

✅ The order has been paid in full.
✅ 30 days have elapsed since the payment for the order.

The commission for a specific order will not be accrued/paid out if a refund is requested by the user within 30 days of the order’s payment.

Payouts are processed on demand. The minimum amount required for payout is 100 USD.
Payment methods may depend on your status (individual / business) and location.
You can also exchange the commision for tool subscriptions.

Forbidden activity

The following activity is forbidden and will be considered a violation of the affiliate program terms:

• Any forms of cookie stuffing or other malicious activities.
• Using the referral link in SPAM emails. Sending emails to lists that you do not have permission to send to.
• Engaging in any telemarketing activities targeting individuals or businesses without their prior explicit consent.
• Using the referral link in a content that may be misleading or containing untrue statements about the tool or its pricing model.
• Running Google AdWords campaigns for any keywords (brand or non-brand without exception) to advertise any webpages that contain affiliate links, as well as any pages that are purposed to re-direct visitors to pages that contain affiliate links.
• Creating accounts with the sole intention of referring themselves, their own businesses, or the organizations they are employed by.
• Creating or sharing content that closely mimics or appears to be associated with our official materials, or implying any such content originates from us. Additionally, presenting themselves as employees, representatives, or agents of our company.
• Using our brand or product names, or any variations thereof, including misspellings, in domain names.

Termination

The Administrator has the right to remove any affiliates and/or withhold commission payouts at their own discretion based on affiliate behavior and compliance with these policies.

General

This Agreement is subject to the laws of Poland, excluding any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising between you and The Administrator will be settled in a competent court of general jurisdiction in Poland.
