Can I specify which permission can have team members within a project?
Yes, when inviting team members, you can specify two types of permissions:
- create new analyses within the project or not – allows team members to add or not add new analyses within a shared project.
- manage integrations and content synchronization or not – enables them to manage or not manage integrations and content synchronization settings for the project.
To select a permission access with an team member, you can follow these steps:
- In the Team Sharing dialog box select the permissions that you want to give the external user.
- Enter the email address of the team member.
- Click Share access.
