Can I specify which permission can have team members within a project?
Yes, when inviting team members, you can specify two types of permissions:
- create new analyses within the project or not – allows team members to add or not add new analyses within a shared project.
- manage integrations and content synchronization or not – enables them to manage or not manage integrations and content synchronization settings for the project.
To select a permission access with an team member, you can follow these steps:
- In the Team Sharing dialog box select the permissions that you want to give the external user.
- Enter the email address of the team member.
- Click Share access.
Can team members with different permissions collaborate within the same project?
Yes, team members with varying permissions can collaborate within the same project. Some may have the ability to create new analyses, while others may focus on writing and editing content in the queries within the shared project.
