Do AI credits roll over to the next month?
No, unused AI credits do not carry over to the next month.
How often are AI credits renewed?
AI credits are renewed on a monthly basis. You’ll receive a new allocation of credits at the beginning of each month.
How do AI credits impact content optimization limits?
The use of AI credits for AI-powered features not affect the Content writers limit. These are separate allocations for different functionalities.
How can I check my AI credit balance? Can I purchase additional AI credits if needed?
You can view your AI credit balance entering Profile details with your account settings, the profile icon in the top of the panel.
You can view your AI credit balance in your account details.
Simply open your Profile details at the top of the panel.
You may have the option to purchase additional AI credits if you require more than your monthly allocation. You can purchase them right next to the AI credit balance in the Profile details.
How are AI credits consumed?
The usage of AI credits depends on the specific AI-powered features you use. In the AI Templates, it also varies based on the number of words you generate using specific LLM model.
